Job Summary

Gazebo Homes Ltd is recruiting a skilled and experienced Finishing Foreman for the Gazebo Apartments project in Parklands. The successful candidate will oversee all finishing works on site, coordinate subcontractors and labour teams, and ensure that all finishing activities are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and timeline compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all finishing activities on site
• Coordinate subcontractors and daily site operations
• Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to specifications
• Monitor material usage and minimize wastage
• Ensure works are completed safely and within project timelines
• Report progress and site issues to project management

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction finishing works
• Proven experience handling:
  
  • Gypsum works
  • Tiling
  • Painting
  • SPC flooring
  • Internal doors
  • Wardrobes and cabinetry
  • Sanitary fittings and final finishes
• Ability to supervise subcontractors and site labour efficiently
• Strong understanding of finishing quality standards and site coordination
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and finishing details
• Good planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage timelines and ensure works are completed within schedule
• Experience working on high-rise residential or commercial projects is an added advantage
• Diploma or certificate in Building Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Must be disciplined, organized, and capable of working under pressure
